MNGT-100是着重针对语音频段的中高音部分而开发，而且其体积较C100及C100HF缩小了约50%，使其可用在更为轻便小巧的耳机设计中。同时，该动铁单元还可作为中高频发声单元与其它体积较大的动铁单元组成多动铁耳机。

The MNGT-100 is specifically designed and tuned for hi-fi applications, with an approximately 1/2 size of C100 and C100HF, it can be designed into headsets with smaller package size. Furthermore, it can also be used as tweeter in multi-units headsets together with other receivers.
