本机适用于日化,制药, 食品, 化工行业等采用软管包装的产品的灌装封尾,日期打印。

B．GF-50-型，采用自动插管，自动定位，PLC 控制，热空气从管内壁加热，定位准确，可自动调节灌装剂量和剂量自动显示，尤其适合于全塑管封尾，其封尾外观美观，牢靠。

主要特点:

◆传动部分封闭在平台以下，安全可靠，无污染；

◆灌装封尾部分安装在平台以上半封闭无静电外框可视罩内，易观察、易操作、易保养；

◆不锈钢轻触开关操作板面；

◆斜挂式及直挂式管仓，可任选；

◆弧形扶手装有真空吸附装置，经扶手与压管装置互动后，软管被喂入上管工作站；

◆光电对标工作站，用高精度探头，步进电机等控制软管图案位于正确位置；

◆注料结束，空气吹断装置吹掉膏尾；

◆无管不充填；

◆封尾温度采用（Leister热风枪）管尾内部加热，外部配置冷却降温装置；
