Mitsui(日本三井)PES聚醚砜基本物性
||
日本三井化学公司(Mitsui Chemicals,Inc)配制了一系列以PES为主的工程塑胶。PES为聚醚砜(Polyethersulfone)的简称,是一种透明琥珀色的无定形树脂。
||
PES具有优良的耐热性,优异的尺寸安定性,优良的耐燃性,以及良好的耐化学品性。
||
另外,PES对急遽温度变化显现优良的可靠性,PES的热变形温度约200-210℃,而连续使用温度(UL温度指数)可达180℃,且在高温长期使用亦有优良的可靠性。
||
加工成型性优良以及优良的性质使PES有广泛的应用。主要的应用领域有电气电子零件,机械零件,汽车零件,航空零件以及医疗与食品用途等。
