    3、 能耗最低。1）因为吸气增压效应和没有余隙容积，故涡旋式空气压缩机的容积效率高达98%以上。2）因为若干个工作腔逐渐压缩，故相邻工作腔的压差非常小，因此泄露自然极少。一个压缩过程分几次压缩，热效率高。3）无吸、排气阀，故进、排气的阻力损失几乎为零。无运动机构的磨擦磨损，机械效率高，这是涡旋式压缩机比其它空气压缩机大大节能的主要原因。例如：（1台20HP15KW）的涡旋式空压机一年工作6000小时，节省电费可达18000元。
