水性真空吸塑胶

适用范围
适合于PVC软质材料和密度板、刨花板、木材等的真空吸塑成形，可用于PVC免漆门、木门、橱柜门、音箱板、电脑桌等。
Application Scope

使用工艺流程
1、先通过喷枪将胶水均匀地喷到木材的包边处，上胶量以外观见到木材上面有一层均匀的泛白胶水为宜。
2、待胶水自然干燥，就可以均匀地排好放入真空吸塑机。完全干燥标准是泛白胶水变透明，同时用手指轻按指纹不会残留。
3、然后通过真空吸塑机对木材进行包边。由于各种设备的规格以及PVC皮的耐热承受能力不同，真空吸塑机上面显示的加热温度各不相同，而且变化范围较大。不过一般以实际木材所处平面温度为准，一般为50~60℃居多。
4、在真空吸塑机成型主要经过6个过程：预热、加热、抽真空、停止加热、撤真空、自然冷却。
Procedure
1.Spray the glue to the part of wood needs wrapping with spray gun, until a white and
even layer of glue appears on the surface.
2.After the glue dries naturally, i.e. the white glue becomes transparent and no
fingerprint is left after pressed by fingers, the wood can be put into the vacuum forming
machine.
3.Use the vacuum forming machine to wrap the wood. Due to the different specification
of the machine and heat resistance of PVC film, the heating temperature shown on
the vacuum forming machine varies a lot, but it should subject to the temperature of
the wood which is between 50~60℃.
4.The forming process in the vaccum forming machine (6 steps): preheating, heating,
vaccum-pumping, stop heating, natural cooling.
评价标准
1、木材材破：包边处撕开PVC皮能够撕下一定量的木屑。如果木材密度较高，则不一定能够撕下木屑。
2、耐热：胶水耐热要求在不加水性固化剂的前提下，耐热可以达到55℃以上。测试方法是将成品的四个包边处切平，然后加热的条件下四个包边在一定温度下没有出现缩边的，则符合耐热要求。
Evaluation standards
Damage to the wood: When peeling the PVC film, wood shavings can be torn off with
the film. If the wood density is high, the shavings may not be torn off.
Heat resistance: It can reach above 55℃ without water based hardener. Test method:
cut the four sides of finish wrapping product and make it even, then heat it. If the
wrapping film does not shrink, the glue is up to the heat resistance standard.
储存、包装
在5~30℃下可以稳定存储3~6个月。注意：存储温度不能低于0℃，否则会出现破乳现象（表现为凝胶果冻状或出现较多不溶沉淀物）。一旦出现，这个过程不可逆转，胶水就只能报废。
Storage and Package
The glue can be stored for 3~6 months under 5~30℃, The storage temperature should
not be under 0℃, otherwise the glue will turn into jelly or much undissolved substance
will appear in the glue. If this happens, the glue cannot be used anymore.
