碳纤维板施工步骤
1,按照设计要求打磨粘接部位,直至露出混凝土砼面,并对裂缝,断面,段差进行修复,然后按照设计的尺寸裁剪碳纤维板。2,按照配比将配套碳纤维板粘接胶进行混合,搅拌均匀。3,将需要粘贴的碳纤维板表面擦拭干净(如需粘贴两层时,对底层碳纤维板两面均应擦拭干净),立即涂刷碳板胶,胶层呈凸起状,平均厚度要大于2mm.4,将涂有碳板胶的碳纤维板轻压贴于打磨好的混凝土表面,用橡皮滚筒顺纤维方向平稳压实,并且使碳板胶从两边挤出,保证密实无空洞。5,需粘贴两层碳纤维板时,应连续粘贴。如不能立即粘贴,再开始粘贴前应对底层碳纤维板重新做好清洁工作。6,除去两边多余的碳板胶,并清洁碳板的表面,根据需要对碳板表面涂装保护层。7,平行粘贴多条碳纤维板时,两条板带之间的空隙不应小于5mm.
