General
ZTM series is horizontal, multi-stage, single casing, segmental structure p ZTM系列为卧式，多级，单壳体，节段式结构，高效率，低NPSH值，API610 BB4泵型。
适用范围
ZTM系列泵适用于清洁的，腐蚀性的或非腐蚀性液体的高压输送，不适用于含有磨蚀性液体的输送。

设计特点
◆ 中段壳体：各中段壳体间用O型圈密封（特殊要求时可用金属波齿复合垫片），外部用穿杠螺栓固定，安全可靠。
◆ 平衡机构：多级叶轮所产生的轴向力大部分由平衡鼓平衡，残余部分由推力轴承承担。
◆ 支撑：根据输送介质的温度，可选择底脚支撑或中心支撑（大于150℃，ZTM80及以上规格）。
◆ 轴承：标准配置为滚动轴承，稀油润滑，安全可靠，寿命长。可进行滑动轴承设计，轴承室可风冷或水冷。
◆ 轴封：根据输送介质的情况可配填料密封、机械密封及必要的辅助装置。轴封处只承受入口压力，运行安全可靠，轴封腔体可水冷。
◆ 法兰：进口段、出口段法兰压力等级不同。通常情况下出口法兰的位置竖直向上，进口法兰根据需要可选择不同的方位布置（左，右或向上）。对于中心支撑的结构，进口法兰和出口法兰均竖直向上布置。
◆ 转向：驱动端在泵的吸入端。从驱动端看，泵为顺时针旋转。

Design feature
◆ Intermediate casing: The intermediate casing are sealed against each other by O-rings or by metal wave tooth compound gaskets and are fastened together by tie bolts on the outside. It is safe and reliable
◆ Balancing parts: The axial thrust force produced from multilevel impellers are mostly balanced by balancing drum, the residual part are taken on by thrust force bearing.
◆ Support structures: Normally the pumps are designed with feet support, when the temperature more than 150 degree or ZTM80 and the above specification are centerline support.
◆ Bearing: The standard configuration of the pump is ball bearing, that is lubricated by thin oil. It is safe and reliable, long service life. The antifriction bearing lubricated by oil is reliable and durable. Sliding bearing design could be selected. The bearing chamber could be cooled by fan or water.
◆ Shaft seal: Based on the delivering medium, the pump can be installed the packing or the mechanical seal and the necessary auxiliary devices. The shaft seal only bear the inlet pressure, the operation is safe and reliable. The shaft seal chamber could be cooled by water.
◆ Flange: The suction and discharge flanges have different pressure ratings. Normally the discharge branch is positioned upward and the suction branch could be selected in any position (left, right or upward) by request. For pumps with feet positioned in the centerline, the suction branch and discharge branch are upward.
◆ Rotation: The pumps are driven on the suction end. The direction of rotation is clockwise look from drive end.
Materials
Carbon steel, chrome steel, or Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel.
API 610 standard material classes: S-5, S-6, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1.
Other choices can be selected when medium needed.
When the pressure of conveying medium is higher, the operating temperature and materials used should be consider.
