中捷PUR产品在原料配比和工艺输出方面，采用全球最先进的六组份在线自动操作（SIMENS）混合注技术，在国内首次实现六组份连续发泡，可在线一次性完成混合配比工艺，并可根据环境变化调整配方，配合加气混合装置，使原料混合更均匀，泡沫更细腻，从而产生出高强度、节能型、绿色环保的节能建筑板材。
PIR产品
聚异氰尿酸酯（POILISOCYANURATE），简称PIR。中捷PIR产品采用异氰尿酸脂过量加入，化合物中引进环状结构和较高的异氰尿酸脂指数，形成致密的聚异氰尿酸脂，从而使内部硬泡更为稳定，具有高耐热、高阻燃的特性。经试验证明，在短时间内耐受200摄氏度的高温，长期耐受可达160摄氏度。
