本机主要用于对经过分类、破碎、清洗、脱水、干燥后的PET片料进行再生造粒，将其还原成料状，供再制成品用，尤其是作为化纤纺织原料用量更大。

本机型适用于聚酯PET（可乐、矿泉水瓶等），自动温控，避免了连续加热，省电节能，设计合理，操作简单，生产效率高。

u       客户可根据实际原料情况选择大、中、小型PET专用脱纸去盖分料机。

u       PET专用清洗设备包括送料机、PET专用粉碎机、漂洗分料机、摩擦清洗机、热洗锅、提料机、甩干机，小时产量可达1-1.5T。

Introduction of PET Granulator:

This machine is mainly used for granulitizating, reducting to slices and re-making of end products after classification, crush, wash, dehydration and dry of the PET sheets, exceptionally consumed in the fields of chemical fibers and textile materials.

This machine is applicable to process PET products ( such as cola bottles and mineral water bottles, etc ) with automatic temperature control that avoids continuous heating and saves energy. Appropriate design and simplified operation ensure high production efficiency.

Remark: customers can ajust the auxiliary configuration on the basis of actual production demand in order to improve effectiveness and the automation degree.
