3.      Machinery Consists Detailed Description设备组成详细描述

A.     Paper reel stand and Bottom-ply / Top-ply stand

供纸架和底纸架/面纸架：

n  One set paper reel stand in 90 degree, for 8 plies;

一套供纸架，成90度，8层；

n  Slitting rolls are easily placed into reel stand by electric lifting device;

纸盘电动提升装置将分切好的纸卷放入供纸架上，方便操作；

n  Easily replace paper reels. When one paper reel is used up, push it into ahead working station and load another new one, do paper reel changing work advance to continue; 便于更换纸盘。当一个纸盘快用完时，放其推至前面的纸盘纸盘工位，将新的纸盘摆放至后面的工位，提前做好换纸工作，以便延续性工作；

n  The diameter of paper reel can be1200mm, reducing much paper waster by ribbons joint;使用直径为1200mm的大纸盘，减少纸张接头，从而降低由纸张接头所造成的废品率；

n  Motorized angle adjustment, Digital control: paper reel stand, glue stand can be moved into a wanted position by motorized angle adjustment, just press the button of angle adjustment device

电动角度调节，数控：只要按电动角度调节装置的按钮，便可将上纸上胶系统移动到想要的位置

n  Bottom-ply stand is equipped with waxing or oiling frame to reduce the friction between bottom-ply and mandrel

n  Omron Encoder: Auto alarm and work- stop when the bottom ply is broken, protecting mandrel from glue adhering欧姆龙编码器：底层纸断纸可自动报警，并停机，防止胶水粘到芯棒上

n  Heat booster (on the bottom-ply stand).加热器（位于底纸架上）。

n  Servo motor: drives cut-off knife, positive synchronization to production speed伺服电机：切刀动作由伺服电机驱动，生产切割速度同步精确跟踪切割
