–The oils meet the requirements according to DIN 51517-3, CLP. Corresponding gears can be switched to Klüberoil
GEM 1 N oils without prior consultation with the gear manufacturer provided the general application notes are observed.
–KlüberComp Lube Technology involves the selection of high-quality raw materials and inpidual consultation and
services by Klüber, ensuring high-performance lubrication of different gearbox components.
–Klüberoil GEM 1 N oils offer a high scuffing load resistance of ISO VG 150 API GL-4 or higher. Gears are sufficiently
protected against scuffing even at extremely high peak loads, vibrations or oscillations.
–The oils' high micropitting resistance according to FVA 54 GFT ≥ 10 offers sufficient protection to gears that are
subject to high loads and would normally be susceptible to this type of damage.
–The good wear protection of both gears and rolling bearings ensures that the service life calculated for the lubricated
components is achieved, leading to lower maintenance and repair costs.
–Much longer service life than mineral-oil-based standard gear oils due to the excellent ageing and oxidation
resistance of the selected raw materials; thus service intervals can be extended and maintenance costs reduced.
–Low foaming tendency as determined in the Flender foam test enable leakage and problem-free gear operation.
–Freudenberg seals made of 72 NBR 902, 75 FKM 585 and 75 FKM 170055 are resistant to Klüberoil GEM 1 N oils.
Leakage and contamination are prevented.

符合DIN 51517-03 CLP的要求.若持有油品使用说明,则齿轮箱换油为Klüberoil GEM 1 N之前无需咨询齿轮生产厂家。
KlüberComp润滑技术包含高质量原材料的选择以及克鲁勃个性化推荐和服务，可确保不同齿轮箱零件同时达到高效润滑。
Klüberoil GEM 1 N润滑油具有极佳的防齿面刮伤能力,从ISO VG 150粘度起,防刮伤等级达到API GL4。即使在峰值载荷,振动及微振动下,齿面也能有效的防止刮伤。
根据FVA 54标准，本产品的GFT抗微点蚀等级≥10。所有该润滑油可充分保护承受高载的齿轮-因为高载的齿轮通常对这类损坏非常敏感。
该润滑油能够良好的保护齿轮和滚动轴承以此来实现各个被润滑的零件达到其精准计算的使用寿命，因而降低维护和修理的费用。
