This machine consists of: oil tank, water tank, vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine, heating system, mixing system, 

vacuum system, hydraulic lifting system, operation control cabinet, piping system. It is the most suitable equipment 

to produce high-grade skin care creams or other creams products.

Oil tank capacity 700L; water tank capacity 500L; primary pot capacity 1300L, working volume 1000L; 

limiting vacuum -0.09MPa.

Material: Contact part of the main mixing pot is made by 316L stainless steel, thickness5mm, jacket and outer

layer are made by 304 stainless steel, jacket thickness 5mm, outer layer 3mm, inner and outer are polished.

Oil tank and water tank are both double layer, contact part made by 316L stainless steel, thickness 4mm, 

outer layer made by 304 stainless steel, thickness 4mm.

Heating system: water tank and oil tank are 8KW electric heating, the main mixing pot is 12KW electric 

heating, the outer layer covers by asbestos to insulate heat. Heating with temperature display, easy to control.

Mixing system: both oil tank and water tank provide high speed motor, 1.1KW, speed 1400r/min to make 

the water and other raw materials equably heat and mix, main mixing tank provide low speed motor, 

2.2KW, speed 0-140r/min adjustable, and high speed homo motor, 11KW, speed 2800r/min.

Vacuum system: vacuum pump power 2.2KW, which can remove the air bubble to improve the homogenizing 

effect.(circulating cooling by water)

Hydraulic lifting system: lifting is easy to operate, so the material can be effectively emulsified in a closed condition.
