本机适用于灭菌后的高低温肉制品、蔬菜制品等软包装产品灭菌后的除水工作，亦适用于蔬菜清洗后表面水的去除。通过多次翻身沥水，及上部高压强冷风吹，使软包装完全达到表面水珠吹干的效果（袋面皱纹间的存水也能干）。此设备与杀菌机相连并速度同步，每台风机功率：0.75KW，设备环保节能。
