      飞碟式均匀低给液系统，是将不同液体在高速旋转的飞碟受到强大的离心力作用形成水膜，并被碟面上的离心线切割成微米级水雾高速喷射冲破织物表层，均匀渗透于织纤维层的技术，达到快速回潮、手感丰满、缩率稳定、增加克重、降低能耗的目的。

     The flying disc uniform low liquid feeding system makes the different kinds of liquid water film under the strong centrifugal force formed by high-speed rotating flying disc and cut by the flying disc into micron mist that sprays to the fabric surface at a high speed and penetrates into the fibrous coat of the fabric evenly, to recycle the mist quickly, make the cloth smooth with stable shrinkage rate, increase the gram weight and lower the energy consumption.

 1、整机均以优质304不锈钢制成，专门设计特殊结构。

  The whole machine with special designed structure is made of 304# stainless steel.

 2、传动系统采用小功率、高速马达、高强度进口平面传动带，速度达到4000转/分。

  The driving system makes use of low-power and high-speed motor and high-strengthen      imported flat transmission belt with 4000r/min rotation rate.

  采用小功率马达、瑞士高强度耐磨平面传动带。

  Low-powder motor and high-strength abrasion-resistant flat transmission belt are used for the auxiliary adding system

 3、飞碟装配SKF轴承，飞碟采用特种工程塑料（PET/R）精密注塑加工成型。

  The flying disc is assembled with SKF bearing. And the flying disc is made by injection    moulding precisely with special engineering plastic（PET/R）.

 4、供液单元采用三菱变频调速水泵，具有出水和回水装置。

  The liquid feeding unit makes use of Mitsubishi frequency control pump, with liquid feeding  and recycling devices.

 5、给液量可调节范围50ml - 4000ml/min

  The adjustable scope of liquid feeding amount: 50ml - 4000ml/min

 6、电气控制系统全部采用台湾威伦人机界面、三菱可编程控制器、及三菱变频器。

  The electric control system makes use of the WEINVIEW man-machine interface from Taiwan,  programmable logic controller (PLC) of Mitsubishi and Shihlin frequency transformer from  Taiwan

 7、进口自动测速编码器，根据车速自动调整供液量

    如今DBS-UFO飞碟式均匀低给液系统（加湿器），完全解决了“早期普通加湿器”存在的弊端，如：传动皮带、传动皮带轮、轴承、喷射物均匀、等问题都得到了进一进改善，大大降低了维修保养成本。分析如下：

Now the DBS-UFO Flying Disc-Type Uniform Low Liquid Feeding System (humidifier) fits the advantages of the early common humidifier perfectly, for example, the problems of the drive belt, the drive belt pulley, the bearing, the even spray and so on are solved to lower the maintenance cost greatly as below:

 1、轴承座安装位置分析：如图三中我们可以清晰看到“传动轴套”与“主机架”之间用密封胶圈，螺母紧固。这样有效解决了水与轴承座下半部分完全分离，有效提高了传动皮带轮及传动皮带的使用寿命。

Analysis on Bearing Seat Installation Position: We can see clearly from the Figure 3 that the driving sleeve and the main frame are fastened by O-ring seal and nut, which isolates the lower part of the bearing seat from the water fully to lengthen the service life of the drive belt pulley and the drive belt.

 2、轴承安装位置分析：具备轴承座安装位置的优越性，轴承安装位置设在轴承座下方更加有效的保护了轴承永远与水隔离的优势，有效提高了轴承的使用寿命。

Analysis on Bearing Installation Position: Installed under the bearing seat, it protects the bearing from the water corrosion and lengthens the service life of the bearing.

 3、UFO飞碟优点分析：UFO飞碟采用特种工程塑料精密注塑加工成型，具备超强刚性及耐磨性，纹理清晰不容易被磨损，永不堵塞清洗方便。

Analysis on Advantages of UFO Flying Disc: The UFO flying disc is made by injection moulding precisely with imported special engineering plastic. With super strong rigidity and abrasion performance and clear grains, being not easily corroded, it is easy to clean and will not be blocked.

一、    关于早期普通加湿器  VS 飞碟式加湿器技术对比 

Contrast of Early Common Humidifier and Flying Disc Humidifier

普通加湿器结构分析 （如图一）  Analysis on Structure of Common Humidifier (as Figure 1)

    早期普通加湿器存在的弊端，有皮带断裂、传动皮带轮不正常磨损、轴承卡死、喷射不均匀、等问题导致维修率高，使用成本高。主要弊端分析如下：

   The advantages of the early common humidifiers such as break of belt, abnormal abrasion of drive belt, jam of bearing and uneven spray lead to high repair rate and high maintenance cost, as below:

 1、轴承卡死分析：喷盘受到强大的离心力作用形成水膜过程中，有一小部分水雾未能完全喷射出去从而渗透到轴承内部，导致轴承内部润滑油脂流失，轴承钢珠与钢圈于磨，钢珠变形产生噪声大，轴承卡死。

  Analysis on Bearing Jam: During the water film forming under the strong centrifugal force, a little mist can not be sprayed out and permeates through the inner part of bearing, leading to the loss of lubricate inside the bearing. Thus the steel balls will grind the steel ring, causing deformation of the steel balls to jam the bearing.

 2、皮带断裂分析：进口哈伯斯皮带的正常使用寿命为1.5-2年，在加湿器使用过程中寿命约为6－10个月，主要原因是，只要有一个轴承卡死都会产生三个喷盘皮带轮之间有转速差导致皮带不正常磨损产生皮带断裂。

 Analysis on Belt Break: The imported HABASIT belt can be used for 1.5 to 2 years normally, and 6 to 10 months during the use of humidifier, because even only one jammed bearing will lead to the abnormal rotation rate of the 3 belt pulleys of the spray plate and the abnormal abrasion of the belt will cause the break of the belt.

 3、喷射不均匀分析：

  Analysis on Spray Unevenness:

 1.轴承卡死或轴承不灵活，喷盘转速过低导致无法完全把水切割成微米级水雾。

 Jammed or dumb bearing: overlow rotation speed of spray plate can not cut the water into micron mist wholly.

 2.“上分水盘”与“下分水盘”之间的缝隙小容易残留污迹，纹路与水产生较大磨损，导致纹理不清。

 The too small gap between upper water separator and lower water separator will make smudge remained. The bigger abrasion of water on grains will make them not clear.
