Application

AR880时序控制器应用于阀针式热流道系统，

用于控制模具喷嘴注塑时间。

AR880 timing controller is applied in 

valve type hot runner system , it is 

used for controlling the injection 

mold time .

顺序时间控制器能使热流道系统各浇口的

注塑时间有效控制，并具有以下优势 :

◆ 使成形产品表面引发瑕疵的熔接痕消除，

    或重新设置产品表面熔接痕的位置，从

    而达到改善成形产品的质量；

◆ Eliminate the product surface or

     reset the weld mark position , so

     as to improve the product quality .

◆ 通过对每一个浇口的注射量的调节，达

    到改善品质，防止产品瑕疵出现或产品

    填充未到位等现象的发生；

◆ Improve the product quality by

     adjusting the each gate injection

     quantity in order to prevent the

     defect product or product filling is

     not in place and so on.

◆ 使用时间控制器注塑，所有的浇口并不是

    同时开放，故注塑可在最小锁模力的情况

    下进行；

◆ When using the time controller

     injection , not all the gates are

     open at the same time , so the

     injection can be carried out under

     the minimum clamping force .

 ◆ 通过浇口处注射速率的提高，使产品流痕减

     少和消除。

 ◆ The product flow mark is reduced

      and eliminated by rasing the injection

      rate of the gate .
