使用说明:
1、选择平整的地面,将跳舞机放在自己的正前方
2、将一只脚抬高放在一边踏板上,缓慢将重心完全移到这只脚上
3、在保持平衡的同时将另一只脚踩在另一边踏板上
4、初学者请先双手扶着墙壁或者是固定的物体练习
5、使用初期,尽量先缓慢的扭动掌握平衡
6、当熟练时可增加扭摆速度和扭动幅度并附上手臂运动达到全身运动的效果
