控制方式：全自动燃气搅拌炒锅（PLC控制）采用PLC程序电控技术，搅拌速度、时间、炒制温度、锅体翻动、刮板升降均可按设定工序自动操作，触摸屏显示工作界面。

安全环保措施：设有烟道集中向室外排烟、环保卫生；炉体部附有保温层，即减少能源损失又避免人员烫伤，安全节能；设有火焰监控视频，可以很好的监测火焰的大小。
