因为如今的建筑必须适应节能低碳的规范要求,实现现浇清水混凝土建筑学效果在某些区域或某些项目实现起来非常困难,甚至不切实际。随着建筑理念的不断发展,人们越来越希望得到隔热、节能、低碳的舒适空间,同时又能欣赏到现浇外露清水混凝土纯净相互的原味语言,设计师希望新的建筑产品诞生以呼应这种个性化建筑设计的需求。
在这种情况下,清水混凝土皮肤——一种高强度、耐污、防水性极强且具有清水混凝土天然质感、工厂化预制的、表面预涂装的立面覆层材料(幕墙挂板)及幕墙安装系统应运而生,这就是蓝宝集佳清水混凝土挂板系统。
蓝宝集佳®清水混凝土挂板系统是一个集成品(或称建筑部品),包含了幕墙设计、幕墙挂板(立面覆层材料)以及安装系统,这是集成了板材生产技术、清水混凝土现浇技术、幕墙设计技术、幕墙加工技术、幕墙安装技术、表面涂装技术、混凝土保护技术于一体的成套产品。其中,幕墙设计包含了立面分格设计、结构计算、安装节点设计等。幕墙挂板(立面覆层材料)包含了基板、机械加工、表面防水及美学涂装及连接组装;安装系统包含预埋件、龙骨、连接件以及其他附件。
蓝宝集佳®清水混凝土挂板系统(挂板厚度小于3CM时)采用现代工业规模化量产的纤维增强水泥质板材,(挂板厚度大于3CM时)采用现浇钢筋混凝土浇筑的方式进行量化生产。基板按立面设计分格切割成设计尺寸,现浇直接可按模具做成成品尺寸,挂板浇筑成型之后在其表面进行六面防方防碱处理后,在外露一面涂装清水混凝土保护剂润色漆,对表面进行美学着色处理,形成清水混凝土自然的肌肤纹理(或设计的其他纹理及色彩),并且高耐候性,由蓝宝集佳®自主研发的透明防护涂层进行涂装后,覆以塑料保护层(防刮擦),成为方面幕墙挂板产品,可直接运至工地进行安装使用。
蓝宝集佳®清水混凝土挂板系统的定义
专指采用现浇或采用高密度纤维水泥基AFC板板,经过工厂化机械加工成型(根据幕墙设计要求的干挂系统进行分类加工处理,现浇、切割、倒解等)和表面清水混凝土或彩色混凝土效果涂装处理后,与配套的干挂龙骨、型材及附件共同组成的幕墙系统。亦指根据设计要求的非清水混凝土效果的、客户定制的其他表面涂装处理方式的挂板系统。(如定制色彩、表面雕刻肌理效果等)。
