产品概况Product Profile
高强高模短纤维是维纶产品系列中的新品，拥有高强度、高模量、低伸度、良好的分散性、耐碱性和与水泥亲和性良好等优势特性，是水泥制品和塑料制品理想的增强材料，也是水泥制品理想的防裂材料。另外由于高强高模短纤维还具有稳定的高温特性，因此它在要求十分严格的橡胶领域占有重要比例，有逐步取代强力人造丝作为子午胎或斜胎帘子线的趋势。
High tenacity high modulus PVA fibre is one of newly developed product in PVA fibre series. With features of high tenacity and modulus, low elongation, good dispersion ability, alkali resistance as well as good bond strength with cement the fibre is an ideal reinforcement material for cement and plastic products. Besides, it is performing good anti-cracking function in cement products. In addition the fibre is featured stale performances at high temperature, this allows the fibre to be used in rubber industry in an important proportion and there is tendency to replace man-made yarn to produce tyres and tyre cord.

产品性能Characteristics
□具有很好的机械性能，其强度高、模量高、伸度低。
Good mechanical performances by high tenacity, high modulus and low elongation.
□耐酸碱性、抗化学药品性均优于人造纤维、尼龙6、聚酯等其它纤维。
Better performances of acid and alkali resistance, as well as chemical resistance than man made fibre, nylon 6, polyester fibre, etc.
□耐光性：在长时间的日照下，纤维强度损失率大大低于其它纤维。
UV Resistance: with long time exposure in direct sun light, the loss of fibre strength is much lower than that of other fibre.
□耐腐蚀性：纤维埋入地下长时间不发霉、不腐烂、不虫蛀。
Corrosive resistance: No mould, no corrosion and no wormy
□纤维具有良好的分散性：纤维不粘连，遇水分散良好。
Good dispersion: fibre not sticky, and good dispersing in water.
□纤维与水泥、塑料等的亲和性好，粘合强度优于聚丙烯、尼龙6、聚酯纤维等纤维。

主要用途Main Applications
代替石棉作为水泥制品增强材料
To replace asbestos to be the reinforcement material of cement.
高强高模短纤维作为水泥制品增强材料，不仅抗弯强度、抗冲击强度、耐化学药品性和耐水泥碱性均优，而且对人体和环境安全无害，是理想的石棉代用纤维。
With high tenacity high modulus PVA fibre as the reinforcement material, it improves the bending strength, chemical resistance and alkali resistance of the final products. Moreover, it does not harm for human health and environment. It is the ideal replacement of asbestos.
代替石棉制成高强度的水泥制品。
To produce high strength cement products by replacing asbestos.
在高等级道路建设中，用高强高模纤维与水泥混凝土复合，可以提高水泥混凝土抗拉强度和抗拉应变。
In high class road construction, by using the fibre the tensile strength and tensile stress can be improved significantly.
□作为水泥混凝土/砂浆防裂材料。与水泥混凝土/砂浆复合，不仅可以促进水泥混凝土抗拉强度的增长，而且可以减少水泥混凝土内部产生微裂纹并能有效抑制微裂纹的扩展。
To be anti-cracking material for concrete/mortar. By mixing with concrete/mortar not only the tensile strength of concrete is improved but the internal cracks of concrete are reduced and further development of micro-cracks is restrained.

包装、储运、验收Packaging, Transportation, and Acceptance
□高强高模短纤维采用160kg或根据客户要求采用180kg（公定重量）包装，以复膜袋包装，用PET带、楠竹块捆包，包侧面贴标签，标明包号、产地等，4包或8包为一木托，每托用钢带将托盘捆扎，并标明柜号。
The product can be packed with PP bales, both 160 Kg and 180 Kg per bale are available. Bales are tied with PET belts and bamboo pieces. Labels are sticked on two sides of bales, indicating bale numbers, origin, etc. Bales are tied on wood pallets by steel belts with series number on it. On each pallet there are 4 bales or 8 bales in accordance with pallet size.
□本产品应储存在干燥、通风良好的室内，防止包装箱受潮，避免曝晒、雨淋。运输时应用清洁有蓬的运输工具，以防污损、防晒、防雨。
The product shall be stored indoors with dry and good vent conditions. Moisture, exposure in direct sunlight and rains shall be avoided. The product shall be covered by clean sheets during transportation in order to keep away from contamination, insolation and raining.
□本产品出厂前由我厂质检部门检验，保证符合对应的质量标准或合同指标，每批产品均出具质量证明书。用户有权按照产品标准或合同指标对所收到的产品进行质量验收，若有异议，应在收到产品一个月内提出，由双方协商或由仲裁机构仲裁解决。若该批产品使用三分之一以上，我厂有权拒绝复验。
The product will be tested by the factory quality control department after produced in order to comply with the product standards or contractual standards. Each lot will has its own certificate of analysis. Any customers have rights to test the products received in accordance with the product standards or the contractual standards. If there are any quality objections an official claim shall be mentioned within one month after the product received. The both sides shall negotiate to resolve or hand over to arbitration organizations. If one third of products received are run out the factory has rights to refuse the re-check.
