该生产线是本公司自行设计研发生产的新一代自动输送填充到独立包装的联动生产线。该机采用国际高端品牌的PLC可编 程序控制器，采用多级伺服电机驱动，集先进的光，电，气自动一体化。该生产线获三项国家专利。该生产线最大优势是大大提高了生产效益，  以机器代替了人工，降低了劳动强度，减少了人力资源，避免了产品在包装过程中二次污染，完全符合卫生安全要求。

◎用　途 

该生产线适用于纸巾，水刺布湿布的折叠切断，食盐包，胡椒粉包，白糖包的切断，自动投放.一次性吸管的自动投放，一次性餐具（刀叉勺）的自动包装及一次性中餐具（竹筷，牙签，纸巾，汤勺）的自动包装。

◎Application

The packing line is used for cutting and folding napkin, wet tissue, cutting the salt bag, pepper bag etc, then auto loading on to the followpacking machine, as for customer needing, the packing line can addstraw auto loading equipment, cutlery auto packing equipment andalso disposable (sashi rib .tooth pick, tissue, soaps etc.) packing equipment.
