1 性能特点
● TDL太阳能控制器采用微处理器控制,负责电池的充、放电管理,当电池电压低时,自动关闭负载(或照明灯),以保护电池;当电池充满时,自动进入PWM浮充状态;当天黑时,关闭充电回路,避免电池通过太阳能板放电。此外,此款控制器还具有完善的保护电路,防止意外损坏控制器。控制器能自动识别12V和24V系统,能自动进行温度补偿。
2 接线方法
● 第一步接蓄电池:电池的正极接左起第4端子,负极接左起第5端子,注意不要接反,否则控制器无法工作。若接线正确,LED会显示出电池电量,否则要检查电池和接线,直到第一步正确后才可进行下一步。
● 第二步接太阳能电池板:太阳能电池板的的正极接左起第1端子,负极接左起第2或第3端子,注意不要接反,否则将无法充电。如果太阳能电压高于蓄电池电压,LED会有充电显示。
● 第三步接负载:将负载(或照明灯)的正极接左起第6端子,负极接左起第7端子,接线时注意不要接反,否则可能损坏您的负载(或照明灯)。如没有负载,也可不接入。
● 接线完毕,即可使用,
3 LED指示
● 上电启动——蓄电池接入
BATTERY灯会显示蓄电池电量,如果蓄电池电压正常,DISCHARGE灯会亮起,表示可以有电流输出。
● 充放电状态——太阳能电池板接入
如果控制器处于充电状态,蓄电池电量指示灯BATTERY会轮流闪动。如果控制器处于浮充状态,蓄电池电量指示灯BATTERY最上的一灯会
快速闪动。如果控制器处于充满停充状态,电池电量指示灯BATTERY会全亮停闪。
● 欠压断开
蓄电池欠压,DISCHARGE灯熄灭,输出断开,若蓄电池电压上升到恢复电压,输出自动恢复,DISCHARGE灯亮起。
● 负载短路或过载:
DISCHARGE灯亮,但没有输出,可能负载短路或过载,保险丝失效,应更换相同规格的保险丝。
4 重启和故障
● 若控制器工作不正常,可先断开负载(或照明灯),再断开太阳能电池板,最后断开蓄电池。1分钟后再依次接入蓄电池,太阳能电池板,负载(或照明灯)使控制器重启。若负载短路,会烧断保险丝,必须先消除负载的短路故障,更换保险丝,再按前述步骤重启。如工作仍不正常,应送到经销商处修理。

1. Features and Functions:

2. General Introduction
TD series solar charge controller is especially designed with high-performance and excellent quality, and designed for home solar power system and solar power station.
Functions:
● Battery management function:
Over-charge protection and over-discharge protection ensure the normal using and prolong the longevity of battery.
● Temperature compensation function:
Auto adjust the setting data of battery management program control parameters to avoid the battery “under-voltage” in winter and “over-charge” in summer.
● Multi-protections:
Battery reverse connection, over-voltage and low-voltage protections, solar panel short-circuit protection, auto. Resume output, and output short-circuit protections.
3. Connections
Connecting all parts correctly according to the following drawing, make sure polarity is right. The order is as follows.
● Connect the controller with the battery first, then connect the solar panel, finally connect the load.
● Disconnect from the controller: disconnect the load first, then solar panel, finally disconnect the batteries.
● When connect the lines, make sure the “+” and “-” are not reversely connected.
● Do not connect the line of battery to the solar panel terminal.
● Do not connect any regulated power supply or charger to the solar panel terminal.
4.Status Indication
● If the connection is correct, the indicators will show the capacity of the battery, and the “DISCHARGE” indicator will be on.
● The charging indicator will be on when it is at charging state, and the charge indicator will flicker when the battery is charged full.
● When the battery is in low capacity, the battery indicator will be low. It means you need to charge the battery now.
● The “DISCHARGE” indicator on or off represents there is load output or there is no load output.
5. Protection Function
