General Description
The MK7A27P is an 8 bit RISC high performance microcontroller with 10bit A/D converter. It is
equipped with 1K word MTP(Mulit-Time Programmable) ROM, 48 Bytes RAM, Timer/Counter, Interrupt,
LVR(Low Voltage Reset), I/O ports and PWM output in a single chip.

RAM: 48 x 8 bits(Special Purpose Register) + 256
x 8 (General Purpose Register)
STACK: 6 Levels
One instruction build by two systems clock.
Reset mode:
(a) Power-On reset
(b) Low voltage reset
(c) RESETB/PB3 (if be set as reset pin) input a
negative pulse.
(d) Watchdog timer count overflow reset
Clock Mode
- Internal 8MHz or 4MHz RC oscillator
Timer/counter: 4 units down count timer
- TM1: 8-bit, PWM1 (period & Timer.
- TM2: 8-bit, PWM1 (duty) & Timer.
- TM3: 8-bit, PWM2 (period) & Timer.
- TM4: 8-bit, PWM2 (duty) & Timer.
- Watchdog Timer: On chip WDT is based on an
internal RC oscillator (for WDT used only). Have 8
period can be selected. User can extend the WDT
overflow period by using prescaler.
- 450O : 450KHz clock out (Adjustable)
Interrupt events:
(a) External interrupt (PB7~PB0).
(b) Internal timer/event counter interrupt
(TM1~TM4).
(c) ADC end of conversion interrupt
I/O port: 13 pins

PWM: two (8+8) channel
ADC: max 10-bit and 9 channels, It can use at
converter mode
