这组生产线由输送带，剥商标纸机，分拣台，输送带，破碎机，上料绞笼，摩擦清洗机，热锅或者冷锅，清洗漂槽单螺杆或者双螺杆，卧式大型脱水机或者立式不锈铁脱水机或者卧式普通脱水机以及最后的烘干系统组成。
工作方式：从输送带投料开始到烘干出来整体只需要2个人操作，到最后出来的料就是干净光泽度明亮的瓶片和清净的瓶盖。很节约人工，工人的工作强制也低。产量高，效果好。可以根据需要增加或者减少使用机器数量。
这是PP/PE/PET破碎清洗干燥生产流水线上用的清洗用铁槽。可以做单螺杆，也可以做双螺杆。
