This standard specifies the laces wear testing methods. It applies to braided laces to measure abrasion resistance.
仪器定义：
鞋带耐磨性能:鞋带抗外力磨损的性能，以鞋带经受反复摩擦断裂时的次数表示，或以受磨一定次数后是否断裂表示。
Instrument definition:
Shoelace wearable performance: External anti-wear performance of shoelace, by indicating the number of times when shoelace subjected to repeated friction laces break, or by indicating whether shoelace part after a certain number of wear.
仪器原理：可往复直线运动的
两根鞋带相互交叉，一根两端固定在可往复直线运动的同一活动夹持器上；另一根则在相对应的夹持器上一端固定，另一端通过固定滑轮挂重锤。通过活动夹持器的往复运动，使相互水平交叉勾住的两根鞋带相互摩擦，以达到检测耐磨性能的目的。
Instrument principles:
Two laces cross each other, both ends of one lace fixed in the same activity holder which can be linearly reciprocated.
技术要求：
1、耐磨仪是由装有夹持器的活动台和对应的带有滑轮的固定夹持器组成。往复频率为60±3次/min，每对夹持器间最大距离为345mm,最小距离为310mm（活动台的往复行程为35±2mm）,每个夹持器的两个固定点间的距离为25mm，夹角为52.2°。2、重锤的质量为250±1g。
3、耐磨仪应有自动计数器，并可预置次数自停和鞋带磨断时自动停机
Specifications:
1. Wearable device is made up of the movable table equipped with holder and the corresponding fixed holder with a pulley. Reciprocating frequency is 60 ± 3 times / min, maximum distance between each pair of gripper is 345mm, minimum distance is 310mm (reciprocating stroke of the movable table is 35 ± 2mm), distance between two fixed points between each holder is 25mm, the angle is 52.2 °.
2. The quality of Hammer is 250 ± 1g.
3. Wearable device should have automatic counter, and can preset the number from the stop and automatic shutdown when the laces wear off.
