粮食定量包装机结构组成    主要由物料进口、给料机构（闸门）、称量斗、夹袋机构、机架、吸风口、气动系统、传感器、控制箱、输送和缝包机构等组成。

粮食定量包装机工作原理    物料由给料机构（气动闸门）加入称量斗，控制器收到传感器的重量信号后，按预先设定的程序值进行控制，开始时进行快速（快加、中加、慢加同时）给料；当重量≥（目标值－粗计量值）时，停止快加信号输出，进入中速（中加、慢加同时）给料；当重量≥（目标值－精计量值）时，停止中加信号输出，进入慢速（慢加）给料；当重量≥（目标值－过冲量值）时，停止慢加信号输出，给料门完全关闭，定值称量完成。夹袋信号输入后，称量斗卸料门自动开启，当重量≤零位设定值时，称量斗卸料门自动关闭，物料袋自动松开落入输送带上，被送到缝包机缝包之后进入下一工序，同时控制器进入下一控制循环。
