5、真空吸盒压力可调，大小盒可选不同压力，有助于人工套盒时的顺畅与速度。

6、快速换模调机设计，程序记忆功能，十五分钟完成转版。

7、进口光栅保护，故障报警，故障区显示，保障运行操作的安全。

8、加厚台板，加厚机架，CNC加工中心一次完成，确保运行稳定性和装配标准化。

Eight major features:

1.  lts main shaft, mold splitting,brush roll,folding, and bubble pressing are all driven by servomechanism which ensures stable and qute operations with smooth and fast effects.

2.  Lts unique cam and function of two-time bubble pressing with cylinder make options of one-time and two-time bubble pressing possible according to needs,The design of adjustable bottom lift with gas storage allows adjustment and control of bubble pressing power made at carton bottom.

3.  The bevel gear system can firmly and accurately transmit the main shaft motions to generate a steady and high outputs while maintain the machine with a long life time.With slow motion realized by the complete set and steady running gained through the cam system,this machine can  keep a synchronization even when speed changes which makes observation on production  much more easier during adjustment.

4.  Its folding distance reaches to 80mm at both sides. With high accuracy of guiding rail and cylinder and custom-made strokes, this machine is suitable for producing various products.

5. The vacuum pressure for holding box is adjustable. Pressure can be changed to fit for big or small boxes, thus helps speeding up the manual process of box changing,

6. In addition to program memory feature, the machine’s  swift mold changing and adjustment design make the process of version change done in just 15minutes.

7. Imported grating protection, failure alarm, and detail display of failure area ensure safe operations.

8. Its thickened plate and frame completed by CNC processing centre insures stable running and standard assembly.
