一、一、结构构成  

     第七轴机器人行走轴又称机器人外部轴。地轨由一个的高强度的结构件焊接构成并经过精密加工，直线导轨和斜齿轮齿条都经过硬化和研磨处理，标配的APEX行星齿轮箱可搭配多种厂家伺服马达、伺服电机，移动拖链可集成在基本模块上。

     苏州通锦精密工业有限公司的第七轴机器人系列为地面式,轨道基座采用高强度型钢与优质钢板焊接而成，大限度的保障其精度，有效避免变形和振动的情况出现。镶嵌上银直线滑动导轨和意大利伽比尼齿轮齿条等组成，并根据客户需求装有润滑系统和风琴护罩，能持续实现自动润滑和防尘除削等功能。主要减速机采用台湾第一品牌APEX减速机。控制系统采用自主研发中文控制系统，实现会中文即会操作；采用全反馈智能式设计，实现机器的实时自检功能，确保高稳定性和安全性。   

    苏州通锦第七轴机器人行走轴采用全伺服动力系统，实现速度快，精度高，良好的防尘、防污性，针对于机床工件上下料、焊接、装配、喷涂、检验、铸造、锻压、热处理、金属切削加工，搬运、码垛等工作，满足工厂自动化生产线的实际需要。

二、二、功能优点：

（1）定制化行程。第七轴可以根据客户需要进行扩展至30M。
        Customized travel. According to the customerrequirement the 7th axis can be extended to 30 m.     

（2）安装灵活，精度高。第七轴可以使用可调节的地脚螺栓安装在地面上，这使得在凹凸不平的地面以及其他如线路和管道等不利于安装的空间能够快速安装并确保其精确度。
       Flexible installation, highprecision. The 7th axis is bolted to the ground by using adjustablefloor-mounting elements. This ensures a fast and accurate installationand allows for uneven ground as well as obstacles such as wiring and tubing.

（3）安全性高。第七轴设置了限位开关，增加了机械安全限位机构防止关节机器人意外脱轨，确保机器运行安全可靠。
       Highsafety. In the 7th axis has set the limit switch and added themechanical safety limit to prevent the accidental derailment of the articulate robot and ensure the safe and reliableoperation of the robot.

（4）绿色环保。第七轴轴上可装配导轨风琴护罩，防尘无污染，便于维护保养。
      Environmental Protection. On the 7th axis we can assemble with organ shield for guide rail, dust prevention andnon-pollution, easy maintenance.
