SOLAR Laser公司为您提供的LQ系列脉冲固体激光器是一种商用激光器,它兼有高光束质量、高脉冲能量/转换效率,而且在脉冲重复频率变化时不影响输出光束的参数。

LQ529采用了独特的创新设计理念——结构紧凑、性能可靠,是一款高性能的Nd:YAG激光器,而且消除了一般的复杂激光系统运行过程中所出现的大部分典型问题。
Solar laser公司的LQ系列纳秒固体激光器采用环行腔结构设计——保证了激光器脉冲能量、光束质量和可靠性三者间的完美均衡。LQ系列的所有的光学调整架都被固定在牢固的光学平台上,而且盖光学平台与激光器的机壳是完全独立的。所有的精密镜架都非常牢固,不会随环境温度变化产生位移,无需每天调节,使用户可以集中精力进行科研工作。
LQ系列纳秒固体激光器具有优异的能量转换效率,使得其能够输出非常高的单脉冲能量,LQ529不加放大器即可达到500mJ,LQ529加一个单通道放大器就可以得到1400mJ的脉冲能量,型号为LQ929。LQ系列纳秒固体激光器采用单灯单棒的设计使成本和维护费用大大降低。
LQ系列纳秒固体激光器可实现各次谐波输出,包括1064nm, 532nm, 355nm, 266nm and 213nm都可以作为标准配置。
LQ系列纳秒固体激光器包括LQ115,LQ215,LQ215-D,LQ529,LQ629,LQ830和LQ929,其中LQ529是最具代表性的型号,在LQ529的基础上衍生了LQ629,LQ830和LQ929。
LQ115紧凑型空气冷却激光器
LQ115是Solar laser systems研制的电池供电高能量激光器,采用传导制冷,不需要水箱,体积小,便于野外操作。重复频率3Hz,基频单脉冲能量可达到90mJ。且光束质量好,脉冲宽度约为7ns,从而可获得更高的非线性效率,二倍频532nm可达40mJ;三倍频355nm可达15mJ。

LQ929:加放大器的高单脉冲能量固体激光器
Solar laser systems公司提供的激光放大器LQ929采用闪光灯作为泵浦源,Nd:YAG作为增益介质,重复频率为10Hz,最高可获得1500mJ单脉冲能量输出。该激光器由振荡级和放大级组成,光束质量高,脉冲宽度断到8~11ns,通过外接倍频单元后,可获得最高五次谐波输出,最高输出能量下可达50mJ@213nm,不稳定度<2.5%。
