一、 主要结构与工作原理Main structure and work principle

该机有机架，种子箱，肥料箱，导种圆管，提升链条，开沟犁，覆土圆盘，拖拉机后三点悬挂，地轮等零件组成。

This machine consists of frame,seeds box,fertilizer box,round seeds conductor,lift chain,furrow plough,disk cover,rear 3-point suspension of tractor,gruod wheel and other components.

机器在拖拉机带动工作前，先放下后悬挂，调整好机器高度，按照种植工艺要求调整好两开沟犁间距。紧固机架螺栓。通过调整拖拉机三点悬挂中央拉杆，实现种植深度的调整。

Before the tractor drives it to work,pls first put down the rear suspension,adjust the height of machine ,regulate the space betwwen the two furrow plough according to agricultural planting requirments,fasten the bolt of frame and then can adjust the working depth by adjuting the central rod of tractor’s 3-point suspension.

开沟犁作为排种机构与施肥机构的载体，通过四轮拖拉机配套使用，驱动地轮作为施肥排种的动力源。可一次完成开沟，施肥、下种、覆土等作业。主要工作部件包括开沟犁，勺式排种机构和可调式施肥盒组成。

The furrow plough as the carrier of sowing and fertilzing mechanism can be used fitted with 4-wheel tractor and get the power by drving groud wheel.It can realize furrowing,fertilizing,seeding,casing soil and so on works at the same time.The main parts include furrow plough,spoon sowing mechanism and adjustable fertilizing box.

四、使用与保养Use and maintenance

1、 工作过程中，如发现播种深度不够，可通过缩短中央调整拉杆来改变播种深度（见图一）。

1.If the seeding is found not deep enough during using,shorten the central adjuster bar to change the depth.(see figure 1)

2、 根据农艺种植要求，行距可通过机架调整螺栓调整（see figure 2）。

Make adjustment of  bolt through frame to change the row spacing  according to agricultural planting requirment.

3、 起垄高度可通过调整覆土圆盘压力弹簧限位销孔位置来达到要求起垄高度（见图三）。

Make adjustment of limit pinhole’s position of disk coverer’s pressure spring to get the requested ridging height.

4、掉换双联链轮链盘大小直径可调整播种株距（见图四）。

Adjust the planting spacing through exchanging chain plate's diameter of the double chain wheel.(see figure 4)

5.调整施肥器塑料旋钮可控制施肥量大小（见图五）。

Control the fertilzing capacity through adjusting the plastic knob of the fertilizer.(see figure 5)

6、为防止漏播，机架后方设置了监控平台，工作时机手可灵活掌握，及时补漏。

In order the avoid missing seeding,there is monitoring platform in the back of the frame.The operator can know well about the situtation during using and reseed in time.

7、轴承，链条等各运转部件应定期加注润滑油，

Lubricant the bearing,chain and other runing parts regularly.

8、链条紧度调整应适中，长期不使用时，链条表面应涂抹防锈油以防止链条生锈。

Adjust the chain's tension moderately,If it has been not used for long time,add the antirust oil to the chain's surface to avoid rustiness.

五、安全注意事项Safty attentions 

   1、在检查、保养与清洁的时候，机械应停放在不影响交通且空旷、平坦的地方。

When check,maintain and clean the machine,it should be stoped in the open and smooth area not affecting the traffic.

   2、各部旋转部件防护装置不应随便拆除。提升链条转动时不可用手去接触。

Do not remove the safeguard casually of every rotating parts.Do not touch with your hand when lift the chain to move.
