说明：

EL是Everlight的简写标识

X = Lead form option (S, S1, S2, M or none)电极脚的规格，Sx表示贴片方式，M表示宽脚位0.4 "即10.0mm

Y = CTR Rank (A, B, C, D, X , Y or none)电流放大倍率，例如C表示CTR为200~400%

Z = Tape and reel option (TA, TB, TU, TD or none).包装方式，包装管或者贴片编带的具体方式

F = Lead frame option (F: Iron, None: copper)电极引脚的材质，F为特合金，不标注表示铜合金

V = VDE safety (optional).德国的VDE安规认证
