TPV的性能

EPDM/PP型热塑性动态硫化橡胶(TPV)的性能特点包括以下几个方面: 耐油耐环境性能的良好结合，使得TPV适用于广泛的用途。TPV与常见的硫化特种橡胶的使用性能相似，用成本较低的热塑性塑料成型方式加工，可达到热塑性材料一样的加工效果和经济性，成型过程产生的干净废料可以回收使用。
1、橡胶的触感，塑料的加工方法。 
2、在-40℃ 至+150℃的有效操作范围内具有机械性能。
3、对于水基的液体、油类及碳氢化合物类具有氯丁橡胶品级的耐油耐溶剂性能。
4、压缩变形及永久变形小。
5、在150℃暴露两星期或在125℃暴露更长时间，显出其极优的耐热空气老化性能。
6、卓越的抗动态疲劳性能。
7、很高的抗撕裂强度。
8、极优的耐臭氧及耐侯性
9、与聚丙烯(PP)或尼龙(PA)有极佳的粘结性。 ​
