5. 失效分析 / Failure Analysis
适用范围:金属产品和部件,如:紧固件(螺栓、螺丝、螺母、螺帽)、轴、模具和其他金属部件。
Applications: Metallic products and parts, such as fasteners (screw, bolt, stud, nut), shaft, mould, plate, pipe and others metallic parts.
分析方法:通过对材质、过程、热处理、结构、表面处理和失效部件的工作环境的分析,找出失效原因。分析方法包括:材料化学成分分析,机械性能测试(拉伸、冲击、弯曲、扭矩、硬度)、金相组织检验、晶粒度测量、非金属夹杂物测定、组织机构缺陷分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱仪分析等。
Analysis Method: By the material, process, heat treatment, structure, surface treatment and working conditions analysis for the failed part and find out the reason for the failure. Analysis method includes: material chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test (tensile, impact, bend, torque, hardness), metallographic structure examination, grain size measurement, non-metallic inclusions examination, macrostructure defects analysis, SEM, EDS analysis and so on.
6. 化学成分分析 / Chemical compositions analysis
适用范围: 冶金工业、铸造、原材料加工、机械制造、五金产品、电子工业等领域。
Applications: Metallurgical industry, foundry, raw material processing, machinery manufacture, hardware products, electronics industry and so on.
测试方法:ICP光谱法、X射线荧光光谱法、直读光谱法、AAS法、紫外分光光度法、碳硫仪法、氮氧仪法、测氢仪法、分光光度计法、化学滴定法、重量法等。
