一、产品介绍 Product Introduction
1、产品标准Product standard
企业标准Q/R-TW6004-2002,本标准等效采用GB12666.6B-1990。
Enterprise standard Q/R-TW6004-2002.this standard is equivalent to GB12666.6B-1990。
2、 用 途Application
本产品适用于交流额定电压0.6/1kV塑料绝缘电力电缆、450/750V塑料绝缘控制电缆、450/750V及以下电气装备用电线电缆所使用的场所,特别是地铁、大型商场、核电站等,而同时要求较高的高温、耐火、易燃的各类输配电、控制、报警和消防等线路。
This product is suitable for use in all places using AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kv, plastic insulated power cable, 450/750Vplastic insulated comtrol cable, 450/750V and below electrical epuipment wire and cable, particularly high temperature,in-flammable and fire-proof for transmitting and distributing power,control,alarm and fire-control system and other circuits.
3、使用特性Operating characteristics
3.1额定电压:U0/U,按不同产品系列分别从300/300V到0.6/1kV
Rated voltage U0/U,from300/300V to0.6/1kVac-cording todifferent kinds of product series.
3.2电缆导体的允许长期工作最高温度分别为:70℃、90℃、105℃
The max.work tempcrature of cable for a long period are: 70℃、90℃、105℃
3.3短路时(最长持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体允许最高温度不超过:70℃时160℃;90℃时250℃
For short circuit(5s maximum duration),the max.work temperature of conductor does not exceed 160℃ for 70℃;250℃ for 90℃.
3.4电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于0℃。
The ambient temperature under installation should not below0℃.
3.5电缆弯曲半径,执行相应非阻燃产品标准的规定。
Cable bend radius implements corresponding non-com-bustion-retardant cable standard stipulation.
3.6高阻燃特性。High flame retardant character
