一、产品介绍 Product Introduction
1、产品标准Product Standards
本产品按GB/T14049-2008《额定电压10Kv、35kV架空绝缘电缆》及IEC60502《额定电压1-30kV挤包绝缘电力电缆及附件》等标准制造。
The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/T14049-2008《Aerial insulated cables of ratedvoltages up to and including1kv》and IEC60502《Extruded solid dielectric power cables for rated voltagesfrom 1kv to30kv》
2、使用特性Operating characteristics
2.1额定电压Rated voltage：10kV 、35 kV
2.2电缆导体的允许长期工作不超过温度：
高密度聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：75℃；
交联聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：90℃；
Max.long-run working temperature：
HDPE insulated aerial cables: 75℃;
XLPE insulated aerial cables: 90℃.
2.3短路时(最长持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体允许最高温度应不超过：
高密度聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：150℃；
交联聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：250℃;
Mas.short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed：
HDPE insulated aerial cables:150℃；
XLPEinsulated aerial cables:250℃.
2.4电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于-20℃。
The installation ambient temperature should not below-20℃.
2.5电缆的允许弯曲半径：
单芯电缆：应不大于电缆外径的20倍。
多芯电缆：应不大于电缆外径的15倍。
The bending radius of cables are recommended as follows;
Single cable: not less than 20times the diameter of cables;
Multi-core cables: not less than 15times the dimeter of cables;
说明：1、导体 Conductor 2、钢芯 steel core 3、内半导体屏蔽层inside semi-conductor shield layer
4、绝缘层 insulated layer5、外半导体屏蔽层 outside semi-conductor shield layer
