本焊锡机器人的五轴全部要用步进驱动及先进运动控制算法，能有效地提升运动末端的定位精度和重复精度，整机完全采用计算机控制，通过手持盒可直接数字输入或者示教再现焊点位置坐标，焊锡方式多种多样，全部工艺参数可由客户自行设置，以适应各种高难度的焊锡作业和微焊锡工艺，能有效地提高焊锡工艺品质，轻松实现焊锡自动化。
