In 1993, the cooperatives of Pézenas and Caux decide to unite to reveal the brightness and the unique character of this country. Les Caves Molière represent 990 hectares and 250 members, all combine in the same values of quality and passion for their jobs and their lands. And so today, the Terroir of Molière and its wines are synonymic of conviviality and high-quality.
