一、香菇豆角炒肉
1、干香菇洗净,加入水浸泡至完成发软,切成条状
2、里脊肉洗净切条状,加入2小匙生粉、2小匙豆瓣酱、1小匙生抽腌制15-20分钟
3、豆角洗净切段;拍碎蒜头
4、加入适量油,中火热平底锅,加入香菇爆香,后加入做法2的肉条,爆炒至肉条微焦,zui后放入蒜蓉及豆角快炒,至豆角变鲜艳的绿色,加入芡汁(2小匙生粉溶于香菇水中,加入1小匙生抽)勾芡,起锅。
