2×YT琼脂/2×YT Medium Agar存放与运输：
干冰是固体二氧化碳，温度为零下78℃，湿冰就是冰的温度，一般为冷冻条件的温度，如在零下20℃冷冻的冰的温度为零下20℃。对于一些酶类等蛋白产品，需要干冰运输，其他大多数生化试剂采用湿冰即可； 运输常温试剂的时候，不需要冰。对于需要冷藏的试剂，在用冰运输的时候，要把试剂同冰之间有隔离物，不能直接接触试剂包装，如试剂外面加装盒子，在盒子外面加冰，基本都采用冰块，不能直接用水结成的冰，因为冰融化后会形成水，容易污染试剂。加冰块的量没有严格限制，以试剂四周都处于冰块包围为宜。 不要小看生物试剂的量，很多抗体类试剂、酶类试剂是很贵的，可以达到上千元/mg(即每公斤几百，上千万元），其保存条件也是很严格的，否则容易失去活性。运输的时候建议使用冰块，而非碎冰。
