操作步骤Operating steps

1.首先用胶纸封住上吸板和下吸板；

2板盖对齐边线放在合适位置，滚轮中间线位置压住板盖显示区的边线，用笔做个记号，方便盖板取放在下吸板同一位置；

3盖住下吸板的地方用镊子隔一个孔扎一个；

4. OCA胶对齐滚轮，滚轮一定要压到OCA胶边线上，OCA胶盖住上吸板的地方，保证吸力用镊子全部扎孔；

5. 插上电源线，打电源开关；

6. 盖板放在下吸板做记号的位置，打开真空开关；

7. 把OCA胶保护膜撕掉对准盖板，关闭真空开关；

8. 上吸板往下压，启动真空开关，

9. 吸住OCA胶后抬起吸板将保护膜撕掉；

10.吸板再往下压，按下启动键，关闭开关，覆膜完成。

1. First use the tape to seal the up and down side suction plate ；

2. Put the glass on down suction plate edge position ,Let Machine roller can cover the edge of glass, then use pen make a mark ,for next operation can find the same place.

3. under the glass cover place ,use Sharp stuff make one hole between two holes；

4. OCA must alignment the wheel ,Roller must be pressed onto the edges of OCA，The cover place of up plate by OCA ,use the sharp stuff make holes completely；

5. plug the power line ,turn on  the Power switch；

6. put the glass to the same place as marked ， turn on the vacuum switch,clean the glass ；

7. tear off the protect film of oca ，turn off the vacuum switch；

8. Press the up suction plate on down suction plate ,Turn on the vacuum switch ；

9. When OCA be suction ,Lift the up suction plate ,Then tear off another protect film of OCA；

10. press the up suction plate to under suction plate again ,turn on the start button ，after that turn off start button,whole process finished。
