  YT1000自动钻孔机。采用上、下双面自动钻孔，由PLC控制钻孔程序，操作简便；钻孔采用气压缓冲技术和脉冲技术，钻孔速度快，成形质量好，几无爆边；电机采用三级皮带轮调速，应对不同的钻孔直径；配备活动坐标定位靠山装置，孔位、孔距精准，适用于固定孔位玻璃的批量生产。

Superiority of Machine:
Double surface automatic drilling which controlled by PLC drilling program.
The drilling apparatus adopts hydraulic buffer and pulse technique, which could drill holes rapidly and with good forming quality, no cracking around the hole.
For the different diameter hole, the tower type apparatus is adopted for adjusting the rotate speed of drill spindle.
The holes distance is in high precision tolerance, due to the machine equipped withmovable coordinate location. It applies to bulk production for the glass with fixed holes.
