Acts as a plasticizer. LRDD640 is utilized when the best low temperature performance is required in a PVC formulation. It confers similar low temperature properties on DOS.

LRDD640 can be applied in the adhesive, sealant, gaskets, O-rings. Compatible with chlorinated rubber, ethyl cellulose, nitrile, nitrocellulose and polyvinyl chloride.

性状描述：几乎无色的透明液体。凝固点-65℃，沸点376℃，237℃（0.67kPa），208-210℃（0.267kPa），0.917（25℃），1.4512，闪点213℃。溶于大多数有机溶剂，不溶于水。

生产方法：由经制得，再由壬二酸和在硫酸催化下酯化而得LRDD640。

原料消耗定额：壬二酸500kg/t；2-乙基己醇670kg/t。

用途：该品为优良的耐寒。与、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、、、、、等有良好的。其粘度低，沸点高，高，和迁移性小，而且具有优良的，、电绝缘性和对增塑糊的粘度稳定性，比DOA好。适用于、薄膜、薄板、电线和电缆护套、增塑糊等，可赋予制品良好的。该品还可单独或与其他增塑剂配合用作、、等的增塑剂。
