ASA板材性能测试一
为了验证板材的隔热性能,我们请来两只小鸡帮忙体验一下。
In order to verify the performance of the panels,we asked two chickens to help
and experience.
我们用红外探测仪探测到板下方烈焰的温度始终维持在400度以上。
We detected the flame temperature remains above 400 degrees by using a infrared detector.
二十多分钟的实验过程小鸡貌似并没有觉察到温度的变化,而我们在板上摆放的温度 计显示温度仅上升了1.9度。
It seems that the chicken wasn’t aware of the change of temperature more than twenty minutes during the testing process; the temperature raised only 1.9 c which displayed on the thermometer.

为了验证板的防火性能我们找来气焊枪,在烈焰喷噬五分钟后板材看上去仍然完好。
In order to test the fireproof performance of the panel we found the gas torch, the board still looked good after the frame burning for five minutes.
这时我们在板上加上一个直径16的钢筋,不过一分钟的时间钢筋就断裂开了,而板只有表面略微有些损伤而已.
At the moment, we put the Φ16 Steel under the flame, the reinforced began breaking, and only the surface of the panel was damaged slightly after a minute.

为了体现板材具有轻质的特点,我们分别截取了一小块圆孔板和复合保温板然后同时将他们放入水中,最后我们发现两块样品均漂浮在水面上。
In order to reflect the ASA panels has the characteristics of light weight, we respectively choosed a small piece of hollow panel and composite insulation board, and then putted them in water at the same time, we found two pieces of the samples were floating on the surface of the water。

钢结构镶嵌ASA建筑体系是以普通钢结构作为主体结构,配以ASA系列板材为围护构造构成一种独特的建筑体系,外墙ASA板外围护不仅具有良好的保温隔热性能,而其中的内层板镶嵌于钢框架中,与框架共同工作,构成结构的抗侧力系统,从而大幅度降低该体系结构用钢量,并可阻断在钢框架处出现的“热桥”,该体系设计按照垂直荷载由主题结构承担,而水平载荷则由主体结构承担或由主体结构与镶嵌ASA板共同承担的原则,镶嵌在钢框架间的ASA板可等效为交叉钢支撑,该体系中ASA板与框架之间以粘结为主,辅以钢板卡定位以及局部焊接。外墙双层ASA板间除粘结以外,采用对穿螺栓进行加强连接。

Wall structure system According to air temperature at the different regions, we can use the ASA panels to make different functional walls; in cold regions, both heat preservation and thermal insulation compound walls can be assembled, its specifications are better than normal brick walls with 2 m thickness, the heat resistance index can reach 1.38-3m2.k/w.
楼板采用压型钢板与现浇混凝土的组合楼板的方式,压型钢板不仅作为混凝土楼板的永久性模块,而且作为楼板的下部受力构建参与楼板的受力计算,与混凝土一起共同工作形成组合楼板。它具有自重轻,强度高,刚度大,施工方便快捷等特点。
