ASE宽带光源主要由泵浦激光器和稀土掺杂光纤构成,利用掺杂稀土离子能带跃迁产生的自发辐射形成稳定的宽带光源输出。不同的掺杂光纤和配套的泵光光源可以产生不同波段的ASE光谱,波长覆盖1060nm、1550nm和1590nm等多个波段。
