将手腕带报警器HW-601安装固定在工作台上,可以直接用木自攻螺丝直接锁紧在工作台下面，也可以用一块不锈钢压片锁紧。
插上静电环HW-600，关闭设备电源。
带好HW-600手腕带,打开手腕带报警器，报警器亮绿灯无报警声。此时，员工可以正常工作了。
当员工防静电出现异常时，手腕带报警器立刻声光报警。此时应该马上停止工作。否则员工人体的静电将损坏电子元器件。
处理方法：1、先检查员工配带的静电环是否带好2、带紧后如果问题还没有解决则要检测手腕带是否已经损坏，如果损坏必须更换。3、如果腕带没有损坏则要对手腕带报警器的接地线进行检查。4、如果接地线接地良好还是没有解决，则要对手腕带报警器进行微调。用小螺丝批对电位器逆时针微调或者顺时针微调。当带好时亮绿灯，松开时红灯闪并有蜂鸣声报警则配调节完成。可以正常使用。
