DK5W系列重量检测机
说明：
DK5W系列重量检测机是专门针对全自动包装线配套设计的在线监测设备，自动将重量超重和超轻的产品从生产线中移除。当连续出现超重或超轻等重量不合格时设备给出报警信号给出提示，或者反馈到自动计量设备调整计量。DK5W系列是高速型重量选别机，可以达到最高200包/分钟的速度。
特点和优势：
1. 全不锈钢制作，敞开式结构，方便彻底清洗；便于拆卸的传送结构，无需任何工具即可实现传送机构拆装，简化了操作步骤，减少了操作时间。
2. 可以记录适合100种不同产品的检测参数，避免了由于人工差异导致的检测误差，避免更换产品的停工时间。
3. 明亮清晰的彩色显示屏最大限度的提升了重量误差控制的效率。
4. 综合考虑前端、后端生产设备，可集中系统管理数据，优化生产线的生产能力。
5. 纠正自动定量包装设备的控制信号，提高生产效率。
6. 针对生产场地受限的场合，可以整合金属检测系统，在有限的空间实现更多的质量控制。
