板式灭菌机
一、产品概述:
板式杀菌机组是采用新型高效BR、BP型板片为换热主机,物料和过热蒸汽(或过热水)在机器内的非接触性热交换,使流体物料在较短时间在同一机组内达到要求的杀菌温度、保温、热回收与冷却等工艺要求,具有结构紧凑、性能稳定、易于清洗、传热效果好、效率高、能耗低,是乳品、豆奶、果汁饮料、糖浆、酱油、酒类、醋类、药液等液态物料的理想灭菌设备。
二、工作原理:
杀菌机利用高精度可控温度的热水或蒸汽对物料进行加热杀菌,物料由前工序进入平衡罐,经进料泵输入到换热器内,在预热部分与杀过菌的热物料进行换热后使冷物料温度升到预定值,然后通过由热水或蒸汽非接触间接加热到工艺所需的温度,并在保温管中维持所要求的一段时间,从保温管进入预热段机内与冷物料交换进行热回收,最后进入冷却段冷却到工艺所需的温度出料,冷却段可分为冷却水冷却与冰水冷却,整个过程均在封闭状态下进行,以保证物料不受二次污染的生物稳定性目的。整套机组可根据用户的不同要求对物料加热、保温、杀菌冷却的不同工艺要求进行特定的组合系统设计,以满足各类工艺要求。
三、设备组成及特点:
杀菌机组主要由板式换热主机、物料平衡罐及物料管路、热水罐及热水(蒸汽)管路、物料泵、热水泵、清洗泵、控制柜及电器元件等组成。
1. 物料和加热介质均在各自的密封系统中通过非接触性热交换实现加热,确保物料卫生安全;
2. 杀菌时间短,可确保物料的营养成份不被破坏;
3. 整机全部采用食品级不锈钢材料,确保达到国家对饮料食品设备安全卫生指标要求;
4. 传热效果好,热回收率高,耗能少;
5. 主要控制元件、阀件及配套件均选用进口件,使用寿命长;
6. 采用PLC控制,可对物料各段的加热温度、热水温度、蒸汽流量调节等实行自动控制,并设有物料自动回流系统,确保物料100%达到灭菌效果;
7. 结构简单,易于清洗,操作方便,维修费用低。

Plate Type Sterilizer
I. Product Introduction
Plate type sterilizer adopt modern engineering widely used are high efficient BR,BP plate heat exchanger,it will heat the fluid to required sterilization temperature in a short time through non-touch heat exchange by liquid to steam or hot water.It is the ideal sterilization equipment for fluid beverage such as milk,fruit juice,vegetable juice etc.
Plate sterilizer is for fluid beverage food aseptic hot treatment,product enter into the heat exchanger from balance tank because of high precision water temperature difference,cold product will reach set index value after heat exchange between heating part and sterilized material, and then reach 120℃ indirectly by the water heated by steam, material will have high temperature sterilization in the pipeline for keeping the required temperature in a short time,the material will heat exchange with coming cold material after discharge out from the insulation pipeline, finally cooling to the required discharge temperature at cooling stage, this whole processing is running under seal, make sure material operation stable.
It is available for processing system designed with different process based on user’s requirement on the heating,insulation,sterilization,cooling stage.
This equipment consist of material balance and transfer system,plate type heat exchange system,material pipeline system,hot water pipeline system,steam pipeline system,hot water heating system,material automatic back flow system,temperature auto control and electric control system etc.
