五、性能:无水焦磷酸钾为白色粉末,相对密度2.534,熔点1109℃,易吸湿而潮解,易溶于水不溶于乙醇,25℃时100克水中溶解187克,能和碱土金属和重金属离子发生螯合作用。
六、用途:在食品加工中主要用作乳化剂,品质改良剂、螯合剂、面制品碱水剂。可用于速冻水产品的保鲜、保水及品质改良;在肉制品加工中与其它磷酸盐复合使用效果更佳;提高冰淇淋膨胀率,可改善面类,糕点口味,防止干酪老化等。
七、包装:内衬聚乙烯塑料袋,外套塑料编织袋,每袋25Kg。
八、贮存与运输:应贮在干燥、通风清洁的库房中,轻装轻放,防止受潮、受热,运输过程中防止雨淋受潮,应与有毒物品隔离堆放。

5.Character: White powder, the relative density is 2.534 and melting point
is 1109°C. It easily absorbs moisture and deliquesces, easily soluble in water
and insoluble in ethanol.
6.Uses: It is used as emulsifier, quality modifier and chelae agent. It is
also used in keeping fresh and improving quality of aquatic products. And it can
increase the swelling of ice cream, improve the flavor of cakes and pastries and
prevent the cheese from aging.
7.Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a
compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is
25kg.
8.Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry and ventilate
warehouse, kept away from water and moisture during transport, Unloaded with
care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from
poisonous substances.
