DF6(M2\SKH51)/DF6M(SKH54)高速工具钢化学成分力学性能
DF6M是一胜特在DF6(M2)基础上为提升通用高速钢抗崩刃、抗整体开裂性而专门开发的高韧性高速钢。
控制化学成份,特别是含碳量,碳化物颗粒均匀细小,具有韧性高,热塑性好,切削性能优良的特点。加少量钴,增强重载荷下炕热裂性。
采用电渣重熔,钢质纯洁,进一步提高DF6M钢抗崩刃抗开裂性。
用途:
·要求具良好崩角性能的,耐磨损的工模具
·十字形或一字形冷冲(挤)压冲头,使用硬度HRC63-65。
·细长工具如顶针、导向杆等,使用硬度HRC63-66。
