物理防晒
Pyhsical Sunblock
顾名思义，就是利用物理学原理，这种防晒霜的原子微粒是片状的，当在脸上涂开的时候，就象镜子一样，反射阳光，达到防晒的目的。 二氧化钛和氧化锌就都属于物理性防晒成份。它们可以在皮肤上形成保护膜，使得紫外线无法穿透皮肤表面，两者皆可提供周全的UVB防护，其中以氧化锌更能阻绝UVA。典型的物理性防晒成份呈白色、糊状，且在接触到水以后变成蓝色。但是这一类产品也有一定局限：对于肤色较深的人来说，其润色效果可能不太自然；对于肤质较干的人来说，不够滋润；不适合做全身防晒；必须使用卸妆产品帮助卸除干净，等等。

But this kind of products also have certain limitations: for the people with deep skin, their moisturizing effects may not be very natural; for those with dry skin, they are not moist enough; they are not suitable for whole body sunscreen; they must use removable products to help clean up and so on.
化学防晒
Chemical sunscreen
就是用化学成分来防晒，这种防晒霜是利用吸收的原理来防晒，为一种透光物质，可吸收紫外线，使其转化为分子振动能或热能达到防晒的功效，如对氨基苯甲酸及其衍生物，肉桂酸等。涂在脸上后，原子吸收阳光，以防止阳光接触皮肤。 理论上，物理防晒要好于化学防晒，但是市面上大多是化学防晒的。
