工艺简介污泥处理系统

将污泥分为化学污泥和剩余活性污泥两部分。前一级沉淀池直接排入污泥脱水系统后；后者建立在一个浓缩池SBR池1 8m×5m×8m，污泥浓度由提升泵回生物选择器和水解酸化池后，污泥和化学污泥存储池中的污泥，脱水外运。污泥脱水采用5种带式压滤机，其带宽为2m。

工程运行效果

经过三个多月的疗效监测，治疗效果显著，手术稳定。在混合沉淀过程中，COD的去除率为40% ~实际50%，对BOD5的去除率为30% ~ 50%。SS的去除率为60% ~ 70%，在水解酸化过程中，COD的去除率为25% ~ 35%，对BOD5的去除率为20% ~ 25%。
